One full price, month by month
A monthly minimum F, from $4,000. If 20% of the agreed monthly profit is higher, the total for that month equals those 20%, with the minimum already paid counted towards it.

The formula
T = max(F, 0.20 × P) = F + D
T — total fee for the month, F — agreed monthly minimum, P — agreed profit for the month before this fee, D — top-up above the minimum.
F is inside T, never added on top of the full 20%. Each month is calculated separately; a loss is not carried over. The 20% applies to this service only — it is not a universal Hubru commission.

Two months matter separately: −$10,000 and +$30,000 give $10,000 for the two months; $0 and +$20,000 give $8,000.

Terms
- Monthly subscription, prepaid in full from your connection date to the corresponding date of the next month. No partial first month. Payments are not refunded. Each party pays its own taxes.
- The volume of work, limits and support are set in your offer; the subscription is not unlimited development.
- No share in your company, no investment and no hidden launch debt.
- Payments for Titi services go through Stripe; money from your sales goes to you.
The exact F, the definition of profit, the closing date and the payment schedule are agreed in a written offer before you pay.
