Accounts and organizations
Multi-tenant by construction: users, teams, roles, and permissions — the boring, load-bearing layer a product creation engine has to stand on.
Platform
TITI is built as a platform from day one — accounts, organizations, permissions, billing, APIs, and the agent infrastructure that does the work. Everything below is a capability of one system, applied to itself before it is offered to anyone else.
Multi-tenant by construction: users, teams, roles, and permissions — the boring, load-bearing layer a product creation engine has to stand on.
Access by tier, execution by tokens, usage visible. The two economic layers are separated on purpose: access is a relationship; execution is work.
Everything the platform does for you it can do over an API — builds, runs, artifacts, audit records. The dashboard is a view, not a gate.
The working layer: orchestrated agents with explicit states, contracts, and audit trails. The same infrastructure that built this page.
The platform's standing question about its own interface, asked at every stage: can one more step be removed?
A step survives only if removing it would make the result worse. Unnecessary steps, fields, and screens are treated as defects — the same severity as a broken layout.
Whatever can be inferred, researched, or predicted is never asked. Questions are the most expensive interface element there is — they spend your attention to save the platform work.
Where a choice must exist, the platform makes a defensible default and shows its reasoning in the audit record — so accepting the default is one click, and overriding it is one more.
All routes, three layers per page, desktop and mobile built distinctly, in the languages the brief needs — deployed to preview, promoted on your approval.
Scores, gates passed, judges' findings, and a handoff document explaining what was understood and built. Revisions become conversations, not archaeology.
Structured manifests, JSON-LD, and machine files that make the product legible to the AI systems that increasingly do the first visit — published, not promised.
The method, in clay
This is a plasticine metaphor borrowed from ideas in physics and cybernetics — not a proof that real systems or organizations behave this way.

Resident intelligence
Tell me what should exist, who it is for, and the register it should speak in. That is the whole brief.
Everything on this page — the foundation, the metering, the audits — runs the build you would be ordering. This site is its own demonstration.
The resident channel is being connected — this is where the conversation will live. There are deliberately no other channels on this site.
