## Offer and process

Price and precise scope come from a conversation about your business, not from a public table.

1. **Conversation** — Tell us about your products, customers and channels by Telegram, email or a call.
2. **Walk-through** — We go through your real sales process and agree what the store and its channels need to do.
3. **Personal offer** — You receive the price, scope, support and full terms in writing and decide with everything in front of you.
4. **Connection** — After you accept and pay, setup begins on your domain and your account shows the subscription and invoices.

Not included:

- Unlimited development — the volume of work is agreed in the offer
- A share in your company, investment into your business or a hidden launch debt
- Automatic transfer of source code or a perpetual licence
- Promises of sales, a launch date or full automation

Terms:

- Monthly subscription, prepaid in full from your connection date to the corresponding date of the next month. No partial first month.
- You can cancel at any time; the paid month runs to its end. Payments are not refunded. Each party pays its own taxes.
- The volume of work, limits and support are set in your offer; the subscription is not unlimited development. No share in your company, no investment and no hidden launch debt.
- Payments for Titi services go through Stripe; money from your sales goes to you.

Price and scope: Price and precise scope are set in a personal written offer after a conversation; the full terms are shown before purchase. No public price list.

## Architecture

- Foundation: The client’s own store on the client’s own domain: catalog, orders, payments, delivery.
- Channels: External marketplaces, auctions and social commerce are sales channels around the store. Which channels are connected is agreed per client before purchase; named platforms are examples of channel types, not partners or integrations.
- Modules: Store processes are run in real trade first, then kept as reusable modules for the next store.
- Work record: HAYAT (HAYAT/2, https://hayat.online/protocol) — Agreed decision → Delivered change → Verification → Next step. Project evidence is visible to the project owner through authorized access only. Public HAYAT documentation is not an execution API.
